Once purchased your order details are sent for processing. All orders are shipped based off time received and order size. Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays, and are processed pending on availability. Any orders received on weekdays after 7pm EST, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed, orders are shipped on the next 3-5 business days or same day if you request an expedited order through email, and delivered 2-8 days after placing the order depending on your location due to worldwide shipping and covid requirements. All jewelry is handmade and each one will have their own uniqueness. Time of shipping is depending on the jewelry material, availability, and quantity of the order. By placing an order with us you have agreed to understand that once your order is shipped all responsibilities for the packages whereabouts, potential damage, delivery drop off and or theft are not the fault of Oh Goddess O or the owner. If you can provide video and photo evidence of the order if you received it damaged, please email us and we will help you receive a credit, discount and or a replacement or an order of the same value.
If you have any questions or concerns with regards to a products shipping please feel free to contact us. • Tracking Your Order • You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via your tracking number. You will receive an email notification with all tracking details upon shipment of your order. For custom orders, order time is between 2 weeks to 3 months depending on materials needed.
